Hessle Pre-School Nursery’s Aims & Vision

OUR STAFF TEAM

Our staff team is built on a large number of staff who have been with us at the nursery for a number of years, some as long as 30 years. We ensure that our staff team are qualified to, or close to achieving, level 3 or level 2 and our managers are qualified to up to level 5. We actively encourage our staff to ensure continued professional development is undertaken, and hold regular in house training sessions.

Each member of staff is DBS checked and are employed under the safer recruitment policies we have in place.

Our managers are: Mike Rhodes, Caroline Frost, Nicola Rouse, Louise Montgomery and Olivia Frost.

Our staff are professional, friendly, positive and supportive in their approach with both parents and children and when your child starts at the nursery, we will issue you with an introduction to your child’s key person sheet so you know who they are.

We hold regular parent evenings. These will be held either on the telephone or via Zoom during the covid pandemic, and you will be able to speak with your child’s key person to find out about their progress at our nursery.
